1 General Terms & Applicability

2 Account Registration & Verification

Only one account may be registered per national ID or passport number.

As part of 3wbm's KYC (Know Your Customer) process, identity verification is required before making a withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a photo of your national ID, passport, or birth registration certificate. This information is used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Renting or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

7 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Accounts are typically closed within 48 hours of the request. Please ensure any pending withdrawals are completed before closing.

• Account balances found to be involved in prohibited activities will be forfeited.
• Requests to reopen a closed account must be submitted within 30 days of closure.
